The 14-day period starts from the date of delivery or collection, and items must be returned back before the end of the 14-day period. All returns must come back in unused, re-saleable condition in original packaging and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, pRent contact us and we will do our best to resolve any issue.
